Payment: Strictly in advance on arrival. Prior bookings need 50% of total bill to secure the booking. |

Quotations: Quotations are based on the number of people and times given. The price can change should the given number or times change. NOTE: Price is always quoted per person per day unless otherwise stated. |

Cancellation Policy: Less than 7 days prior - forfeit full deposit. 8 to 14 days prior - forfeit half deposit. 15 + forfeit quarter deposit. |

Right of admission reserved: Any resident behaving in an unacceptable manner, namely: drunkenness, abusive language, destructiveness of any kind, or interference with the peaceful stay of other guests Will be
Evicted Immediately Without Refund! Quietness is expected after 10pm. |

Any resident bringing EXTRA PEOPLE in to use the cottage or room will be charged. |
| 6. |
Damages of any kind will be for the account of the guest or the organisation they represent. |
| 7. |
We will not be liable for any losses due to negligence, e.g. not locking up when rooms are unattended. |

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on day of departure. Are happy to store luggage if a prior arrangement has been made. |
| 9. |
Breakfast (if applicable) will be served between 7 - 8.30 a.m. unless otherwise arranged. |
| 10. |
If your child is still wetting the bed, please request a waterproof cover otherwise we will charge you for laundering and damages. |
| 11. |
No smoking inside the rooms. |
| 12. |
Animals permitted on arrangement. |
